REFUND POLICY

At Senkor LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, we offer a clear and transparent return, refund, and exchange process. Please read the details below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return items within 14 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.

  • The item is accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Note: Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened products.

  • Personalized or custom orders.

  • Items marked as final sale.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at touch@senkor.shop with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the item.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will be notified once your refund is issued.

  • If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time frame, please check with your bank or credit card provider. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at touch@senkor.shop.

5. Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it or provide a replacement. Please contact us at touch@senkor.shop within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

6. Damaged Items During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at touch@senkor.shop within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photos of:

    • The damaged item.

    • The packaging, including any shipping labels.

  3. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Refunds or replacements for damaged items will only be issued if:

  • The carrier confirms the claim and compensates for the damage.

  • The damage is determined to be a manufacturing defect.

Note: Senkor LLC is not responsible for damages caused during shipping but will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the new effective date.
